"I was sent an email asking me to confirm the trip or it would be cancelled. I was on the flight when the email was sent so I could not respond. Called the driver when we landed and we met up about 10 minutes later than scheduled. Good trip, safe and comfortable but I’m not sure why that email was necessary when I already paid for the trip in advance. "
