"Disappointed that my original booking was cancelled 5 days before the date and had to rebook. Fortunately the driver was allocated for the new booking shortly afterwards. Driver rang at 9:00am (booking was for 9:15) but was not at the right venue - he had been given a postcode not the actual address. Journey was good except he was unaware of road closures but plenty of time for diversion."
