"The service by the driver was very good! Booking was easy too! Unfortunately, after booking, I was missing the information from Taxicode, where to meet the driver, what his name is, how to reach him, etc. (there are 2 stars on my part for the company Taxicode). After a few phone calls, I got the information I needed. It was a business trip for which I need an invoice, this should be done automatically (also 2 stars). I see a need for improvement in the points mentioned, otherwise I'd be happy to do it again!"
