"To be clear: my driver was lovely, he was on time and the service on the day was great. I did not realise at the point of booking that I was booking through a broker and not direct with the cab company. I paid £63 for my taxi ride and then quickly realised that if I'd booked direct with the cab company it would have cost me £45. When I tried to cancel the booking (minutes later) with the broker Taxicode the gentleman on the phone said I could only get 10% back and I should have read the terms and conditions before booking. Taxicode charge you more, make sure you book direct with the cab firm and save money. Check the website you're directed to, they use very similar web addresses to local firms hence why I thought I was dealing direct with my local cab firm. "

Tried ringing the line no answer - still no answer! Had to find a cab to get home costing upwards of £100 pounds. Reviews online are poor in general but gave them the opportunity to prove them wrong. They failed! Never ever book with these clowns. We even confirmed our booking last week!! "
